Description
Job Opportunity: Surgical Tech
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Job Details
- Specialty: CVOR Tech (Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician)
- Work setting: 23-bed Operating Room
- Shift start times may vary (7 AM, 9 AM, or 11 AM)
- Possible call shifts depending on unit needs and manager approval
- Weekend rotations may be required
- Typical schedule example: 3 shifts of 12 hours at night plus call
Required Qualifications
- Must have CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Additional Information
- Call shifts are assigned only when managers are comfortable with unit staffing
- Weekend rotations are possible but not guaranteed
