Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Travel)

Weekend Hours: Approximately every other weekend may be required

Department: Emergency Department (ED)
Number of Beds: 23
Patient Ratios: 4 to 6 patients per nurse
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Epic

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with ED experience within the last year
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) — must have CPI or MOAB prior to start
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Education: Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
