Description

Physical Therapist

Location: Miamisburg, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour Day Shift

Job Details

Outpatient experience preferred
Float to other clinics as needed
Patient population primarily orthopedic and sports medicine
Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
Daily patient load: 12-14 patients, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
Guaranteed 36 hours per week, with the expectation to work up to 40 hours
Overtime must be approved by the director before working additional hours

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio

Additional Notes

Local candidates (within 50 miles) will be offered local pay rates
