Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery

Location: Elgin, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Dayshift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
On-call: Required, rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Job Description

Provide nursing care in a surgical setting.
Work dayshift with on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience, with Med Surg experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Perioperative experience
Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP)
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross

Additional Information

Must complete onboarding education attestation prior to clearance to start.
All required credentials and documents must be uploaded and approved before onboarding.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
