Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Assignment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Monday & Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Job Description

• 12-week assignment at a campus in Lee, NH
• Local candidates will not be considered

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New Hampshire
• ARRT Certification in CT
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Must meet all credentialing and onboarding requirements including:

  • Primary source verification of professional license/certification within 30 days of start date
  • Fit testing for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date (no exemptions allowed)
  • Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required
  • Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity
  • TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
  • Physician health statement within 365 days of start date
  • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including international and county residence history for past 7 years
  • National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start and updated annually
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid) within 30 days of start and annually
  • New Hampshire state-specific criminal background and BAAS checks within 30 days prior to start
  • Education verification of highest level achieved
  • Social Security Number trace for past 7 years
• Submission requirements prior to onboarding:

  • Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
  • Two professional references within 4 years (minimum one supervisor or above in skillset)
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • Candidate submission coversheet for initial assignment
• Confirmation of assignment form required upon acceptance and for extensions

Additional Notes

• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for N95 fit testing
