ICU RN Position - Waterloo, Iowa
Job Details
- Specialty: RN ICU
- Location: Waterloo, Iowa
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Schedule: Every third weekend, every other holiday
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Minimum 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS
- CPI
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Criminal background checks (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
- Various professional forms and agreements including:
- Code of Conduct
- I9 verification
- Confidentiality and system security agreement
- Integrity and audit services form
- Non-employee upload form
- Conflict of interest disclosure
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks
- Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check and state-specific registries (Iowa-specific dependent adult and child abuse registry check required)
- OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days of start
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
