Description
X-Ray Technologist (Radiology Technologist) - AM Shift
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Must have Operating Room (OR) experience
- Must have Trauma Level 1 experience
- Work schedule: Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
- Shift: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
- ARRT certification required
- Radiology Technician experience of at least 2 years, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Health and Compliance Requirements
- Proof of immunizations or immunity for:
- MMR (2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer; booster required if negative/equivocal)
- Varicella (2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer; booster required if negative/equivocal)
- Hepatitis B (series of 3, positive titer, or declination accepted)
- Influenza vaccine recommended during flu season (10/01/25–3/31/26); exemptions considered case-by-case
- Tuberculosis (TB) test completed within 30 days prior to start (2-step skin test or QuantiFERON/T-Spot; chest x-ray if past positive)
- Annual Fit Test for N95 respirators or PAPR required (can be completed onsite or offsite)
- Physical/Health statement within 1 year
Background and Screening
- Criminal background check completed within 90 days prior to start (includes 7-year county and national checks, SSN trace, sex offender registry, and federal exclusions)
- 9-panel drug screen completed within 90 days prior to start (marijuana removed; must be repeated after any break in service)
- Two professional references from a charge nurse or higher within the last 2 years
- Education verification of highest level completed
- Current valid driver’s license or government-issued ID (front side only)
- Recent color badge photo (taken within last 6 months, no selfies or filters, solid background)
Skills and Training
- Current skills checklist completed within 12 months prior to start, specific to position
- Internal competency checklist to be completed within 2 weeks after start date (regulatory compliance skills)
- Annual compliance training module completion required (certified through 11/5/26)

- Parking available in Bellevue garage
