    Radiation Therapist Travel/Contract Job - California, Palo Alto

    Job Details

    • Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday (5x8 hours) from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
    • Hours per Week: 40 hours

    Job Description

    • Perform routine and specialized radiation treatments according to physician-developed treatment plans.
    • Work independently using sound judgment and clinical skills to deliver safe, precise, and timely procedures.
    • Provide competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
    • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient privacy and safety.
    • May perform specific procedures and orient new staff to the department.
    • No weekends, call, or floating required.

    Required Certifications

    • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
    • CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist)
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA or ARC only

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid Radiation Therapist license in California
    • Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
    • ARRT certification
    • BLS certification
