Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Shift: Days, 3 shifts of 12 hours each (3x12)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: As required by facility
- Call Requirements: Call is required; 2 primary and 2 backup over a 2-month call period. Rotating self-sign-up opportunities. Call hours Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
- Number of Openings: 3

- Unit: Operating Room Complex
- Number of Beds: 23 ORs operating out of 18 rooms
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Patient Types: Neurology, urology, oncology, gynecology, robotics, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, oral maxillofacial (OMF), general surgery
- Equipment: Various, depending on specialty
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of travel nursing experience preferred
- Additional certifications preferred
Additional Information
- Float Requirements: As required by facility
- Personality Fit: Professional, enthusiastic, willing to participate in all aspects of patient care and teamwork in perioperative areas
- Dress Code: Light blue scrubs provided by facility
