Description
Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist - NICU
Location
- Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type
- Travel/Contract
- Contract Length: 12 weeks
Work Schedule
- Night shift
- 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
- Option for 4x12 shifts may be available
Job Description
- Provide respiratory therapy care in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings with pediatric patients
- May float to other pediatric and neonatal units including rehabilitation and NICUs
- High-level care required (Level 4 NICU)
- Must have experience in Pediatrics, PICU, and NICU
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
- Certified Respiratory Therapist with at least 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
- Current National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Experience working with pediatric and neonate patients
- Demonstrated Respiratory Therapist experience in acute care settings
