Description
Cardiac Cath Lab Technician
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (AM Shift)
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Two weekdays per week
- Every 3rd weekend on call (Friday 5:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM)
- Weekend call requires out-of-hospital response within 30 minutes of activation
Job Description
- Perform cardiac catheterization lab procedures including:
- Angioplasty
- Percutaneous interventions
- Use of Impella and IntraAortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
- Atherectomy devices/techniques (e.g., Rotablader)
- Temporary venous pacemaker and Swan Ganz catheter placement
- Scrubbing technique for procedures is encouraged
- Work with fluoroscopy systems such as Philips, Siemens, and GE (experience with these systems is not required)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist within the last year
- Certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Additional Requirements
- Must have a current valid driver’s license or government-issued ID (address must match profile)
- Must complete all onboarding documentation and verifications 30 days prior to assignment start date
- Must be able to respond to weekend call within 30 minutes from activation

- Contract length is interpreted as 13 weeks
- Telemetry or telehealth is not part of this role
