Description
Job Opportunity: Mammographer
Location: Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 07:00 AM – 04:30 PM
Job Description
- Perform mammography imaging procedures as a Mammography Technician.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Mammography Technologist license in Massachusetts.
- Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- ARRT certification.
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Submit a recent (within 6 months) professional badge photo: color, plain background, no filters or eyeglasses, symmetrical headshot.
- Provide documentation of immunizations or immunity for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella).
- TB screening: documentation of a negative TB skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date; updated if there is a break longer than 6 months.
- Physician-signed health statement within 1 year of start date; updated if break exceeds 6 months.
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start, including county and international residence history for the last 7 years.
- Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start.
- National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start and updated annually.
- Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists within 30 days prior to start and annually.
- Education verification of highest degree or certification achieved.
- Social Security Number trace for the past 7 years.
- Completion of a skills checklist within 1 year of submission.
- Submission of a detailed resume covering the past 7 years of work experience, including city and state.
- Two professional references within the last 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher.
- Completion of candidate submission coversheet and confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance.
- Attestation forms as required during onboarding.
Additional Notes
- If a positive TB test is documented, a negative chest x-ray after the positive test is required.
- Name change documentation may be required if credentials do not match legal name.
