Registered Nurse (Med Surg) - Travel Assignment
Location: Gallatin, Tennessee
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Provide nursing care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 12-bed capacity.
- Patient population includes adult and geriatric patients.
- Float to other Med Surg units as needed.
- No call requirements.
- Weekend hours every other week or as needed.
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
- Patient ratio: 6:1.
- Electronic Health Record system: Meditech.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Work Environment & Culture
- Level III Trauma Center.
- Professional dress code: scrubs only; casual wear not allowed.
- Orientation held weekly on Mondays.
- Facility has a long-standing reputation for quality healthcare in the region.

- No call requirements.
- May be required to float within Med Surg units.
- Professional demeanor expected.
