Description
Occupational Therapist (Travel)
Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Setting: Freestanding 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
- Reason for Opening: Coverage for leave
- Work Schedule:
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- If contract is renewed: 1 Saturday coverage per month, if able
- Hours per Week: 32
- EMR System: EPIC
- Dress Code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
- Parking: Employee parking lot at rear of building
Preferred Experience
- Acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but strong applicants without this experience will be considered
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
