Job Description

• Perform sonographic examinations and procedures as requested by referring physicians.
• Maintain appropriate supplies and a clean, orderly work area.
• Notify supervisor of needed items and maintain equipment to ensure accuracy and longevity.
• Provide age-appropriate care to patients of all ages.
• Act as a consultant and educational resource for staff regarding the appropriateness and accuracy of scans.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

• Equipment: GE LOGIQ E10 and 10S
• Patient Population: All ages
• Float Requirements: As needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist within the last year.
• Experience in Breast, Ob/Gyn, and Vascular sonography.

Professional Expectations

• Professional demeanor required.
• Dress code: Professional scrubs of any color; casual wear is not acceptable.

Additional Notes

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays.
• Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff.
