Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Description

• Perform CT imaging services in a high-acuity trauma center environment, including adult and pediatric ER settings.

Required Qualifications

• Current, valid CT Technologist license/certification as required by the state of Indiana.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Minimum years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard for CT Technologist roles.
• Must provide a current professional resume/profile.
• At least two professional references required prior to assignment.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license or state ID matching address requirements.

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

  • Fit test for respiratory protection (preferred before start, can be done onsite).
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination.
  • Varicella immunity proof or vaccination (no declinations accepted).
  • Tdap vaccination valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted).
  • Health statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
  • Tuberculosis screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test with required follow-up documentation.
• Drug screening: 12-panel drug test within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.
• Criminal background check including Social Security trace, OIG search, national sex offender registry, and other required screenings within 90 days of assignment start.
• Employment and education verifications completed within 90 days of start, updated annually or after breaks in service longer than 90 days.
• Annual skills checklist for clinical specialty.

Additional Notes

• Flu vaccine is optional; if declined during flu season, mask-wearing is required.
