Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (LTC) - Nights
Location: Charlevoix, Michigan
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours per Day: 12
Job Description
- Provide nursing care under the supervision of department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader.
- Assist staff nurses in treatment and care of patients following established hospital procedures.
- Deliver patient- and family-centered care, contributing positively to the patient and family experience.
- Adhere to a strict attendance policy: three absences or being more than 20 minutes late three times will result in immediate termination, except for documented communicable disease or hospitalization.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Home experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Local travel policy: candidates living within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers.
- Nonbillable initial hours and specific overtime/holiday/callback markups apply (not included here).
