Registered Nurse - Progressive Care
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Work in a 28-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Intermediate Coronary Care Unit (IMCU) with a cardiac patient population.
- Patient ratio typically 1:3-4.
- Care for patients with STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, chest pain.
- Administer cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors.
- May be assigned to telemetry beds within the same unit with lower acuity patients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of documented PCU experience in a similar-sized facility.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
