Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist

Location: Carmel, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with on-call rotation and possible holiday requirement


Job Description

  • Perform radiologic procedures with experience in C-Arm and O-Arm equipment.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and may be required to work on holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Radiologic Technologist license in Indiana.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Radiologic Technologist experience within the last year.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

Licenses and Credentials

  • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment start.
  • Valid, unexpired Driver’s License or State ID matching address on file.

Certifications and Training

  • BLS (AHA) certification required.
  • Completion of core competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics within the last year, updated every 3 years.
  • Skills checklist for specialty completed within one year of start and updated annually.

Health and Immunizations

  • Proof of two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted).
  • Proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological immunity, or documented history (no declinations accepted).
  • Tdap vaccine valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted).
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination.
  • Fit test for respiratory protection, preferably completed prior to start (annual update required).
  • 2-step PPD or negative IGRA test within required timeframes; if positive, chest X-ray and TB questionnaire required.
  • Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
  • 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.

Background and Verification

  • Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry, and other required screenings within 90 days of start.
  • Employment verification for the past seven years.
  • Education verification relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start.
  • Two professional references required prior to first assignment.

Additional Onboarding Documentation

  • Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation (signed and dated).
  • Forward-facing badge photo with white or blue background, no alterations.
  • Confirmation of assignment documentation on agency letterhead with accurate start and end dates.
