CT Technologist
Job Overview
- Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
- Employment type: Clinical allied health
- Shift: Nights
- Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 3:00 PM–3:30 AM
- Contract length: 20 weeks
- Hours: 36 per week
Role Summary
- Perform CT procedures and diagnostic imaging using computerized tomography equipment.
- Handle patient identification, history collection, pregnancy status verification, and patient safety.
- Administer oral and IV contrast, establish IV lines, and follow contrast eligibility and lab-value protocols.
- Manage image transfer, order updates, charge accuracy, and documentation.
- Precept new employees and students.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in North Carolina
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT
- Siemens experience
