Registered Nurse
Location
- Peoria, Illinois
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
Unit Overview
- Cardio Thoracic RN unit
- 70 beds
- Patient mix includes MI, CHF, A fib, COPD, pacemaker/AICD placement, lung surgery, esophagectomy, and general medical overflow
Schedule
- Shifts run 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Every-other-weekend requirement
- Holiday rotation required
- No call or standby requirement at this time
- Floating required to other general medical units
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- 2 years of telemetry experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS recommended

- Last four digits of SSN
- Middle initial
- Requested time off
- Negative drug screen
Other Notes
- Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted, with a local rate adjustment
- 12 hours of non-billable orientation
- Scrubs may be any color except children’s/cartoon prints
