Location

• Madisonville, Texas

Contract

• 12 weeks
• Day shift
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts

Setting

• Inpatient and outpatient therapy within the same facility
• Critical access hospital
• Skilled nursing patient population

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Texas
• Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
• Experience in a(n) Post Acute setting
• Driver's License

Additional Considerations

• New graduates may be accepted if they have at least 6 months of experience
• Copy of driver’s license required at submission to validate legal name
• Candidates must not have been directly employed by the same health system within the past year
• Call-outs are strongly discouraged and may lead to termination
• May be asked to precept as needed
• No tech support on site
