Case Manager - Travel Position
Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel - Clinical Nursing
Job Overview
- Coordinate patient care throughout acute care hospitalization
- Manage all aspects of discharge planning and transition processes
- Perform utilization management and quality screenings
- In-patient case management required
Schedule
- Shift: Day (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Hours per day: 7
- Hours per week: 37.5
- Rotating weekends every 4th or 5th weekend
- One summer and one winter holiday off
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 1 year of case management experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in an inpatient setting
