Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel)

Position Details
- Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Employment Type: Travel
- Number of Openings: 2
- Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 shifts per week, 9 hours each (40 hours guaranteed)
- Shift Start Times: Rotating between 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, and 8:00 AM
- Weekend Requirement: On-call weekends with 8-10 call shifts in a 4-week schedule
- Float Requirements: None
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 2 labs
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Patient Types: Cardiology, Vascular, and Interventional Radiology
- Equipment Used: Xper, Philips, Balloon Pump, Impella
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Epic Cupid
Required Certifications and Tests
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- EKG Test (required)
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Sedation experience
- Circulation competency

Work Environment and Culture
- Personality Fit: Self-motivated, team player
- Dress Code: Light blue surgical scrubs (hospital issued)
- Unacceptable Attire: T-shirts other than white or gray

- Shift teams rotate start times and have one rotating day off
