Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days

Job Description

Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain professional practice standards.
Perform duties in accordance with medical center policies, mission, and professional/regulatory guidelines.
Work primarily with adult-geriatric patient population.
Trauma Level II facility.
Use Paragon EMR system.
Dress code requires hospital-provided procedural scrubs; no open outside clothing (e.g., sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts) allowed in procedure rooms.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel experience preferred (not required).

Additional Information

Facility provides primary and specialty healthcare services guided by Osteopathic Medicine principles.
Nonbillable initial hours: 12 hours.
Overtime, holiday, and callback rates apply as per policy.
Local traveler policy applies for those living within 35 miles of the facility.
