Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days


Job Description

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain professional practice standards.
  • Perform duties in accordance with medical center policies, mission, and professional/regulatory guidelines.
  • Work primarily with adult-geriatric patient population.
  • Trauma Level II facility.
  • Use Paragon EMR system.
  • Dress code requires hospital-provided procedural scrubs; no open outside clothing (e.g., sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts) allowed in procedure rooms.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
  • Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including experience within the last year
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel experience preferred (not required).

Additional Information

  • Facility provides primary and specialty healthcare services guided by Osteopathic Medicine principles.
  • Nonbillable initial hours: 12 hours.
  • Overtime, holiday, and callback rates apply as per policy.
  • Local traveler policy applies for those living within 35 miles of the facility.
