Schedule

5 shifts per week
8-hour rotating shifts: 7:00–15:30, 9:00–17:30, or 11:00–19:30
Call required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year
1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience
Driver's License

Onboarding Requirements

2-step TB test or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot) with negative reads within the last 6 months
Influenza vaccine documentation required during flu season, or completion of the required declination or medical accommodation process
Badge photo

SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
Drug screen
Required safety and compliance training modules

Notes

If the TB test is positive, a clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
If the flu vaccine is declined, masking is required while working
If a medical exemption is requested, a physician-signed letter on medical office letterhead is required
