RN Emergency Department
Location
Beachwood, Ohio
Schedule
- 19:00 - 07:30
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required
- Blocked schedules are not accommodated
Contract Length
13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Driver's License
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- 2-step TB test or IGRA with negative results within the last 6 months
- Influenza vaccine documentation required from October through March
- If declining flu vaccine, masking attestation and influenza vaccine declination forms are required
- If medically exempt from flu vaccine, a medical accommodation form and physician-signed letter on medical office letterhead are required
- Headshot photo for badge
- Criminal background check within 6 months of start
- OIG search within 6 months prior to start
- SAM and OFAC searches within 6 months prior to start
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Required safety and compliance training modules must be completed before clearance
Notes
- If the TB test is positive, a clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
- If the flu vaccine is declined, masking is required while working at all times
- If there is a break in assignment greater than 60 days, a new 10-panel drug screen is required
- If there is a break in assignment of 6 months or more, a new background check is required
