• 19:00 - 07:30
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• Blocked schedules are not accommodated

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• Experience working with Pediatric patients
• Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• 2-step TB test or IGRA with negative results within the last 6 months
• Influenza vaccine documentation required from October through March
• If declining flu vaccine, masking attestation and influenza vaccine declination forms are required
• If medically exempt from flu vaccine, a medical accommodation form and physician-signed letter on medical office letterhead are required
• Headshot photo for badge
• Criminal background check within 6 months of start
• OIG search within 6 months prior to start
• SAM and OFAC searches within 6 months prior to start
• Drug screen within 60 days of start
• Required safety and compliance training modules must be completed before clearance

Notes

• If the TB test is positive, a clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
• If the flu vaccine is declined, masking is required while working at all times
• If there is a break in assignment greater than 60 days, a new 10-panel drug screen is required
• If there is a break in assignment of 6 months or more, a new background check is required
