Patient population includes medical, cardiac, pre/post CV surgery, arrhythmia, heart failure, and stroke overflow
28 beds
Patient ratio: 1:4-5

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
1 year of PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Notes

Optional influenza vaccine documentation is accepted; declinations are allowed, but masking is required during flu season if declined
Optional positive TB history documentation may be submitted if applicable
Optional unit-specific checklist may be uploaded
Optional exit survey is completed after the assignment
Optional hiring manager evaluation and name change documentation may be requested
