Job Details
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Employment type: Long-term assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Non-expired photo ID
- 2 professional references from the last 2 years
- Resume
- Completed job application
- Employment history form confirming previous employment with the facility, if applicable
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- 2-step TB test or IGRA with negative results within the last 6 months
- Background check completed within 6 months of start
- OIG search completed within 6 months prior to start
- SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening completed within 6 months prior to start
- Drug screen completed within 60 days of start
- Safety and compliance training modules completed before clearance
- Badge photo
- Influenza vaccine proof required from October through March, or approved declination/medical accommodation documentation
Notes
- If the influenza vaccine is declined, masking is required while working
- If the TB test is positive, a clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
- If the background check has a hit, a candidate statement is required for review
