Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maryland
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
1 travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS

Unit Details

Emergency department role
Primary Stroke Center
STEMI patients are transferred if cath intervention is needed
2 locked behavioral health units in the ED
2 rapid evaluation units for urgent care and critical care needs
Staffing support includes ED staffing and security
Typical ratio: 1:4–6
Behavioral health unit ratio: 1:6
