Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
ACLS
PALS or ENPC
NIHSS
CPI
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment

Schedule Notes

Travelers must start on one of the listed orientation dates
Weekend rotation every other weekend
Call may require push-back hours depending on census

Patient population ranges from birth to death
Float support may include helping in areas where competencies are held

Preferred Experience

Fast-paced emergency department experience
Experience with strokes, STEMI, and trauma
