RN - ICU
Overview
- Location: Jackson, Michigan
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7pm–7am, 3x12s
- Schedule note: Weekend and holiday availability required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a trauma level 2 facility
Role Summary
- Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care
- Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, delegate, supervise, document care, and teach patients and families
- Communicates patient and family information to the care team and helps resolve variances from patient goals
