Chronic RN

Location

Dawson, Georgia

Contract

13 weeks
Start date: 2–3 weeks from offer
36 guaranteed hours per week
3 days per week

Schedule

Day shift
Approximate hours: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
Open days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
May need to attend staffing meetings on Tuesday/Thursday
Weekend rotation may be required based on client need

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Dialysis (2 years of experience)
Dialysis experience within the last year
BLS
Experience in Charge roles

Preferred Qualifications

Prior DCI experience preferred
Prior travel experience preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse
Participate in care rounds with the physician
Attend IDT meetings
Report abnormal findings and document them
Complete care plans and assessments
Perform medication reconciliation
Write monthly progress notes
Perform tasks within scope of practice as requested

Floating

May be asked to float to other clinics in the Albany area
