• Night shift
• 4x10-hour shifts
• Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM

Job Summary

Performs radiographic procedures, including patient transfer, x-ray examinations, contrast administration, and image quality review. Also supports patient education, infection prevention, radiation safety, and supervision of student radiographers.

Required Qualifications

• Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (R)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Additional Requirements

• Personal radiation monitoring badge (dosimeter) required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic x-ray procedures
• Operate x-ray imaging and related equipment
• Educate, position, and immobilize patients for procedures
• Coordinate x-ray examinations for timeliness and continuity of care
• Follow provider imaging orders
• Submit images and related clinical information for interpretation
• Evaluate image quality
• Maintain supplies
• Practice sterile technique and follow infection prevention policies
• Prepare and administer contrast per radiologist protocol
• Follow radiation safety measures (ALARA)
• Supervise and evaluate student radiographers
