OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, hire, and train nurses, techs, and support personnel
Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and workflow efficiency
Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing, and resource allocation
Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards
