- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Hours per week: 36
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Scheduling / Work Expectations
- Weekends as needed
- May float as needed
Application / Compliance Requirements
- All work history must be included in the application
- Two recent satisfactory pre-employment references
- 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
- Unit-specific skills checklist
- Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start
- Transcript or diploma
- Government-issued photo ID
- Criminal background check
- FBI and BCI fingerprinting within 12 months of start
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start
- Fit mask testing within 12 months of start
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation
- HIPAA acknowledgement
- I-9/E-Verify attestation
- Online training modules before start
