Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree

Patient Population

Adults with stroke, traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury, debility, amputation, non-traumatic spinal cord conditions, some traumatic cases, cardiac/pulmonary conditions, and neurological disorders

Additional Details

Equipment used includes Lite Gait, Biodex, and Zero-G
Dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs
Blue jeans are not allowed
