Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license in good standing
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience
- ASN

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care using the nursing process
- Complete patient assessments and develop care plans
- Document nursing care and patient education
- Administer medications using the 5 Rights
- Delegate and follow up on assigned patient care tasks
- Support patient safety measures, including fall, pressure ulcer, isolation, and ambulation precautions
- Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Manage admissions, discharges, rounding, and patient flow
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and patient needs
