Description
Medical Surgical RN Travel Contract
Overview
- Location: Hazleton, Pennsylvania
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Schedule notes: Every other weekend required; no call; block scheduling cannot be accommodated
- Floating: May float to MS/Tele if needed
- Patient ratio: 1:6
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an Inpatient setting
- Care and management of ports
- Rehabilitation experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Charge experience preferred
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers accepted
- RTO must be submitted at time of application; requests after submission will not be accepted
