Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Other Important Details

Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
No requested time off will be accepted

Dress code: olive green scrubs
Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
Mileage is paid for travel to and from the main office only, not from housing
