Description
Interim Leader - Critical Care Medicine
Location
- Kennewick, Washington
Assignment Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
Setting
- Acute care hospital
- Units involved: ICU, PCU, MS, and float coverage
- Trauma Level III
- Teaching hospital
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee critical care services and support leadership operations
- Manage ongoing corrective action plans for Department of Health survey/licensing renewal
- Improve patient experience through leadership rounding and bedside shift report observations
- Support staffing efforts for permanent hires
- Help implement dialysis and CRRT initiatives in ICU
- Support higher-acuity care expansion in ICU and PCU
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
