Job Overview

Relevant Experience
- 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana.
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience).
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- PALS issued by American Heart Association.
- NRP issued by American Heart Association.
- NRP Advanced issued by American Heart Association.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Driver's License.
- PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
Work Setting / Assignment Notes
- May float to Peds/PICU if needed.
- May float to another NICU location if needed.
- Sunrise Clinical Manager EHR is used.
- Royal blue scrubs.
Onboarding / Compliance Items
- Resume or profile submission required.
- At least two professional references required.
- Driver’s license or state ID required and must be current.
- Signed assignment agreement required before onboarding.
- Pharmacology exam required before start.
- Specialty exam required before first assignment.
- Core competencies training required within one year of start.
- Safe sleep training required.
- EKG exam required before start.
- Education attestation required.
- Nursing contingent worker onboarding required onsite.
- Badge photo required.
- MMR documentation required.
- Fit test required.
- Hepatitis B documentation required.
- Health statement required.
