Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (Radiography)
- ARRT (CT)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Completion of formal Radiologic Technology training
- Driver's License
Key Skills and Experience
- Registered CT technologist
- Experience with stroke and trauma cases
- Technical skill in medical scanning
- Understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and 3-D knowledge
- Computer skills, including PACS, HIS/RIS, QC, and workstations
- Experience with power injectors and CPR
Work Environment
- Performs diagnostic CT scans independently at a technical level
- Transports patients when needed
- Uses CT scanners, power injectors, workstations, and computers
- Must be able to lift, move, and transport patients, stand and walk continuously, and adapt to stressful and emergent situations
Additional Notes
- Flu vaccination or an approved exemption is required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1; declinations are not accepted
- Evening shift orientation occurs on day shift and requires availability for the entire week
- Black scrubs are required
