Job Summary

Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care
Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families
Communicates pertinent patient and family information to the care team
Helps identify and implement solutions when patient goals are not met

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 2 Trauma patients

Skills

Clinical knowledge for effective nursing care planning
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
Strong communication with patients, families, and hospital personnel
