CT Technologist
Job Overview
- Location: Plymouth, Indiana
- Employment type: Long-term assignment
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Schedule notes: Weekend call every 4th weekend, plus additional weekend work as needed to cover PTO requests
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (CT)
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- Trinity profile including resume, skills checklist within the past year, and 2 professional references
- 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot) within 1 year of start
- Tdap
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption with agency letterhead
- MMR
- Varicella
- Hepatitis B
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- Criminal background check
