Job Overview
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Location: Florence, South Carolina
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Hours per Week: 40
- Call: Required, rotating with two other techs
- Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
- Floating: Not required
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Local Candidates: Not accepted
Role Details
- Position: IR Tech
- Daily Caseload: 4 patients per tech
- Case Experience Required: General interventional radiology
- Case Experience Preferred: Neuro interventional radiology
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in South Carolina
- Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ARRT (R)
- SCQRSA
Additional Notes
- Agency must provide the radiation badge
- Facility uses Epic for charting
- OR scrubs are provided
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application
- Hurricane season assignments may include emergency response duties from June through November
