Hemodialysis RN
Location
- Cleveland, Ohio
Assignment Details
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Employment type: LTA
- Shift: 07:00 - 17:30
- Weekly schedule: variable, 36-40 hours per week
- Coverage includes every other Saturday and one week of on-call
- Primary coverage is for Ahuja and Portage facilities, with possible support at other facilities when census is lower
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Dialysis experience within the last year
- 1 year of dialysis experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Non-expired photo ID
- 2 professional references from the last 2 years
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- Resume with education and work history
- Job application
- Prior employment form confirming previous employment at University Hospitals
- Influenza vaccine documentation required from October through March
- 2-step TB test or IGRA within the last 6 months
- UHS-specific background check within 6 months of start
- OIG search within 6 months prior to start
- SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening within 6 months prior to start
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Safety and compliance training modules must be completed before clearance
- UHS badge photo
- Ohio residents may need a FCRA-compliant national database criminal background check
