Job Overview
- Location: Charleston, South Carolina
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
- Start times: 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM
- End times: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Weekend requirement: Saturdays as needed for PET/CT scans
- On-call: Not required
- Floating: Not required
- First-time travelers: Accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in South Carolina
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NMTCB(N) or ARRT (N)
- NMTCB(CT) or ARRT (R) or ARRT (CT)
- Siemens equipment/scanner experience
- Radiation badge must be provided by the agency
Work Environment
- Teaching hospital
- Magnet hospital
- Level 1 trauma center
- 865 staffed beds
Additional Notes
- No holidays
- Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis within 60 miles
- RTO must be submitted at time of application
- Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
- Scrub color: teal top and black pants
- Parking is available nights and weekends for a one-time $20 pass
- Epic is used for charting
