Location

Role Summary

• Registered Radiologic Technologist working in the invasive lab.
• Responsible for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, electrophysiology devices, peripheral vascular, neuro interventional, and interventional radiology procedures.
• Produces quality imaging, assists the Interventionalist during invasive procedures, and performs technical hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation.

Required Qualifications

• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year.
• Cath Lab Technologist experience.
• Cath Lab Radiology Technologist experience.
• Associate's degree in radiologic technology or certificate of completion in radiologic technology.
• BLS.
• ACLS.
• ARRT (R).

Preferred Qualifications

• Neuro Interventional, IR, and EP experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer contrast material when applicable.
• Circulate, scrub, and/or monitor cardiac Cath, neuro interventional, peripheral vascular, structural, interventional radiology, and EP device procedures, including Watchman cases.
• Float to all areas of the department, including Prep and Recovery, as needed.
• Perform on-call duties and/or work variable shifts.
• Take call independently within 6 months.
• Assist with left heart catheterization, PCI, right heart catheterization, pericardiocentesis, in-stent restenosis treatment, coronary angiogram, temporary pacemaker, Watchman, EVAR, cerebral angiogram, stroke intervention, peripheral vascular work, pacemaker insertion, and interventional radiology procedures such as nephrostomy tube placement and drains.
• Assist in instruction of new staff as necessary.

• Days: 4x10s, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• On-call rotation
