Assignment Overview

Home health role covering Northwest Philadelphia and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania
Start-of-care and revisit visits
13-week contract
40 hours per week
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
BLS
Experience in a(n) Home Health setting
Driver's License
Experience with Epic
Experience with OASIS
